mt nebo and toona

so this weekend, i'm going up to lancaster county to race at the tour of mt. nebo. this is a cat 3/4 road race thats 45 miles with 1,000 feet of climbing per lap. i'm excited about this- it will undoubtedly kick my ass- penn state will be there, all the good PA teams.. hope to finish with the main field, as i'm sure it will be shattered.

then, next weekend i'm going up to race at the tour d'toona points race, which is friday, saturday, and sunday.. we've got some silly fast dudes going up for this, so maybe will do well.. i expect steven and fredrik to do quite well overall, which is the whole idea.. its not a true stage race, as its not done on time, so you have to do well in each race to climb up the GC. there is a circuit race friday, a mountain race saturday and then a crit on sunday. i go up hills fast, so i am looking to place high on saturday and do ok on friday. mainly, i want to have a good time.. all the guys i'm going up with are way fun, so i'm expecting it to be one great experience.
